Headrow House is fully accessible with a lift available to all floors (with the exception of the upper terrace, Kennedy Meadows). Wheelchair accessible toilets are available with both lift and stair access. Gender neutral toilets can be found to the rear of the lower terrace.

Headrow House is a varied venue with a Beer Hall, restaurant and roof terrace hosting regular arts and music events. Headrow House is step free from the main entrance up to the performance space. Each floor, including the gig space can be accessed via a lift, which can be found in the main entrance. There is 1 accessible toilet within the building, which can be accessed via the lift or stairs. The main entrance to access Ox Club is step free, with the main bar opposite having 2 steps up, or lift access.
Headrow House offers PA tickets to customers who may not be able to attend a performance or gig here without the support of a friend or support worker. Please email us to arrange this.

Unfortunately, Headrow House does not have its own parking facilities.
The two nearest car parks to the venue are NCP Car Park The Core and Tempar Street & Edward Street Car Parking, both 0.2 miles or 322 metres away. NCP Car Park The Core can be found on Albion St, Schofields, Leeds LS1 6AD. Tempar Street and Edward Street Car Parking can be found on Templar Street & Edward Street, Leeds LS2 7LP.

The venue opens at midday, with the Beer Hall serving at this time. The performance space opening times differs with each event and can be found on the ticket or online.
If you require early access, please contact the venue to arrange. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by our duty manager or a member of our friendly front of house team. At the box office you will require a physical or online ticket.

Headrow House has two accessible toilets. Toilets can be accessed from the main bar, alongside one disabled access toilet which can be found on the 1st floor on the venue, accessible from the lift or the stairs. This toilet is located just outside of the gig space. The disabled access toilet has grab rails and an alarm, in case you may need any assistance. There is also baby changing facilities in the toilet. This toilet is open for use at all times. A gender neutral toilet can be found to the rear of the lower terrace.
We welcome all customers who need to bring food or drink with them to the venue to manage medical conditions. We also welcome customers who may need to bring medical equipment with them. We may be able to refrigerate medicines for you, but would advise you inform us in advance. If you have any concerns, please contact us to discuss your needs. Whilst in the venue, if you have an emergency, please approach the front of house team or duty manager who will be able to assist you.
We welcome all registered assistance dogs into the venue. Please contact us prior to your arrival at the venue so we can make arrangements for you, so you have enough space for you and your dog.
Strobe lighting may be in use at some of our events. We will always put warning signs up on the doors to the auditorium. If you have any concerns, please do contact us to discuss.
There are no lowered bars within the venue. If you require assistance, please let our friendly in-house staff know.
